RemapX provides a professional tuning file service including ECU remapping, chiptuning, and related automotive tuning solutions. Services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Credits & Payments

All services operate on a credit-based system (1 Credit = 4 EUR). Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Prices are listed in credits and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. File Service Usage

Tuning files provided through our service are intended for professional use only. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding vehicle modifications in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer our software, or use the platform for any illegal activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, tuning maps, and content provided by RemapX remain the property of TODOROVI23 EOOD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tuning files for your professional operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

RemapX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tuning files or services. Vehicle modifications are performed at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.
